Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled Customer Service Representatives who can provide excellent customer service and support to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication and organization skills, as well as basic troubleshooting skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving one call resolution for customer satisfaction.

Work Location
This role is based in Cebu Business Park, Cebu City, and requires immediate availability to start ASAP.
