Customer Service Representative Seasonal Account Specialist

About the Role:
Staff Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Seasonal Account to provide exceptional support to our customers via calls. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving issues and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues using our CRM system
- Meet or exceed customer service metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to ensure accurate information is provided to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- 6 months or 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a calls support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends (if applicable)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
