The Customer Success team is organized into three key segments:
- Mass: Supporting SMEs or large businesses at the early stages of our relationship
- Focus: Collaborating with established large companies
- Step Growth: Focusing on high-potential customers
All Customer Success Managers play a critical role in supporting remaining customers, including those from our Store offerings.
