Business Development Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our loyalty program for an international airline. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships in Australia to offer exclusive benefits to program members.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach strategy, encompassing cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Identify and qualify new partnership opportunities within the Australian market, leveraging industry connections and market research.
  • Proactively nurture relationships with potential partners, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Lead discovery calls and negotiations to convert qualified leads into signed partners, highlighting the value proposition and addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven end-to-end sales experience with a strong track record as a closer, delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling discovery calls and managing a full sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and conversion rates.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), to cater to global clients and partners.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions and address customer queries effectively.
  • Competitive compensation package: PHP 120,000 (includes base salary and performance-based commission).
