Overview

The Client Partnership Manager plays a vital role in building and sustaining long-term relationships with clients.

This position is responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing exceptional service delivery and proactive issue resolution.

Success in this role is measured by the quality of client relationships, effective issue resolution, and measurable impact on business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and anticipating opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to maximize the performance of offshore teams through coaching, performance frameworks, and engagement strategies that enhance retention and productivity.
  • Support clients in developing their offshore teams by identifying training and development programs that address performance gaps.
  • Monitor relationship and performance indicators to identify potential risks early and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Design initiatives that foster positive workplace cultures, promoting team engagement and alignment with client objectives.
  • Work with clients to understand their talent needs and develop strategies for expanding their offshore teams efficiently.
