Senior Tax Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to lead complex tax work, mentor junior staff, and grow into a leadership position over time.

About the Role
  • Independently prepare a wide variety of returns (individual, business, trust, non-profit)
  • Review junior staff's work and provide constructive feedback before partner sign-off
  • Communicate with clients professionally via email regarding documentation and questions
  • Analyze complex tax situations to identify issues, risks, and planning opportunities
  • Use digital tools to manage workflow and client communication seamlessly
  • Collaborate with partners on advanced planning and high-level tax matters
  • Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to planning initiatives
  • Mentor junior team members and step into growing leadership responsibilities
Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong experience preparing multiple types of tax returns independently - 1040, QuickBooks experience
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
  • Exceptional written English communication skills
  • Self-motivated and career-driven—interested in long-term growth
  • Comfortable with digital tools and modern workflow systems
  • Familiarity with ProSeries or similar tax software (a plus)
  • Ready to work extended hours during busy season
  • Leadership potential and a passion for mentoring others
