Business Development Associate

This position plays a vital role in the success of our NEMT partnerships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Research and maintain accurate records of national and state-level NEMT brokers and key contacts.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies, including email campaigns and call scheduling.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality proposals and capability statements.
  • Coordinate document collection from affiliates and ensure compliance with all requirements.
  • Maintain a CRM system with current status, deadlines, and next steps.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and ensure seamless onboarding processes.
  • Track and verify broker requirements, including vehicle compliance and background checks.
  • Compile weekly status reports and participate in remote check-in meetings.

Requirements include 2+ years of experience in business development, outreach, or virtual assistance, strong written and spoken English, and highly organized and detail-oriented skills.
