Sales / Executive Assistant (Excel Specialist)

Job Description:

As a proactive and detail-oriented Sales/Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales operations and executive team.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting executives with calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination. You will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing sales reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts), maintaining CRM records, and updating client databases.

Additional tasks will involve supporting lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of sales materials and updates. You will also be responsible for drafting professional documents, proposals, and presentations, as well as handling administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense tracking, and file organization.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
