Sales Support Specialist

A Sales Support Specialist's key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing sales orders, managing customer accounts and databases, providing administrative assistance to the sales team, and monitoring sales performance and trends to ensure client satisfaction and help achieve sales targets.
Customer & Client Management
- Customer Service: Answering questions, providing product information, and resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Account Management: Maintaining customer accounts in an organized manner and keeping accurate records of customer interactions and data.
- Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Operations & Administration
- Order Processing: Receiving, processing, and tracking sales orders, and providing updates to customers.
- Database Management: Maintaining and updating customer databases, contact lists, and other sales records.
- Administrative Support: Performing various administrative duties to support the sales team, such as scheduling meetings, filing expenses, and managing sales reports.
- Market Research: Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities and stay informed on new updates and trends.
Sales Team Support
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitoring sales performance, recording sales trends, and providing information to the sales team and management.
- Communication: Acting as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Sales Collateral: Assisting with creating and updating sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.
- Logistics: Coordinating the logistical aspects of sales operations, such as conferences and client meetings.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18,290.00 per month
