
Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic sales development team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will provide administrative, operational, and logistical support to our sales development team, enabling them to focus on prospecting and building pipeline for our sales organization.
This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Administration:
- Set up, administer, and track Global and Regional Sales Development campaigns, analyzing and providing feedback on results.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information on leads and contacts from multiple sources.
- Assist in creating and distributing sales materials and marketing collateral.
- Track and report on sales development team performance.
- Lead Management & Qualification Support:
- Assist in routing inbound leads based on predefined criteria.
- Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales development representatives.
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather relevant company information.
- Customer Communication & Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for sales-related inquiries from internal customers and cross-functional teams.
- Assist sales development representatives in setting up and managing sales campaigns.
- Sales Operations & Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales support tools and resources.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to provide insights to the sales development team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain SDR process documentation.
- Collaboration & Team Support:
- Work closely with sales development representatives, sales managers, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales development team as needed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A basic understanding of SaaS business models and sales processes is a plus.
