Junior IT Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Junior IT Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This position involves providing technical support and assistance to end-users, maintaining accurate inventory of IT assets, and adhering to SLA commitments. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT, a degree in Information Technology or a related field, excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st level technical support professionally, efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist end users with requests related to their IT assets.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets.
  • Respond to technical inquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Log all handled IT requests and incidents in FreshService and maintain full documentation.
  • Adhere to the IT's SLA commitments for IT Service Requests and Incidents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • IT experience is advantageous.
  • Degree in Information Technology or relevant program.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • A can-do attitude.
  • Problem Solver.
