Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for resolving customer support tickets in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support via various communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Offer after-hours/holiday support as required.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience in technical support, production environments, and client interaction.
  • Proficiency in Linux OS support and network administration.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Have:
  • Cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery knowledge, or Salesforce admin experience.
  • Utility industry or Smart Grid exposure.
  • ITIL/ITSM background.
