As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers

experiencing broadband and connectivity issues. You will provide expert troubleshooting

and support via phone & email, ensuring all technical concerns are resolved efficiently

while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role within the broadband, telecoms, or IT industry.

  2. Strong knowledge of broadband technologies (ADSL, FTTC, FTTP) and networking

fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).

  1. Ability to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues efficiently.

  2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and friendly manner.

  3. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

  4. Experience with CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce) is a plus.

  5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or an IT-related role.

  2. Strong knowledge of broadband, Wi-Fi networks, routers, and basic networking principles.

  3. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

  4. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  6. Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.

  7. A passion for technology and a commitment to excellent customer service.

  8. Experience with CRM software and troubleshooting tools is a plus.
