Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to join our team at Summer Technic Corp as an Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, managing documents, preparing reports, and assisting with office communications.

This position requires proficiency in office software, attention to detail, and the ability to work onsite in Cebu City.

About the Role:
  • Handle daily administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage documents and ensure they are well-organized and easily accessible.
  • Prepare reports on a regular basis to support decision-making.
  • Assist with office communications and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is around PHP 35,000 - PHP 50,000 per month, depending on experience.
