ServiceNow Implementation Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Implementation Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing ServiceNow applications and modules, as well as expertise in configuration, customization, and automation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing configuration/customization of the ServiceNow system, including creation of workflows. They will also build service request fulfillment workflows from customer requirements, using scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate rote tasks.

In addition, the developer will perform integrations and process automation using Orchestration, Web Services, and Soap calls. They will gather specifications from business departments and deliver products/releases that meet customer needs.

The role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze user stories and internal procedures to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows, and address scheduling limitations throughout development and delivery.

  • Implementation experience on ServiceNow applications/modules (e.g., HR, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, ITOM)
  • End-to-end project implementation, enhancements, or support

Beyond technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also possess a proactive approach to problem-solving and be committed to delivering high-quality results.
