ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst to join our organization. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for low-code/no-code development and a strong customer service orientation.

The successful candidate will work closely with our developers and clients to design, create, and implement workflow-based service requests using our ServiceNow SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding client needs and linking them to solutions
  • Collecting, analyzing, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements
  • Working with developers to translate business requirements into solution designs
  • Creating test plans, test cases, and conducting functional testing
  • Designing and creating training materials and Quick Reference Guides
  • Conducting web-based training for small groups
  • Supporting Change Management processes

Required skills include:

  • Strong understanding of Discovery & Asset Management
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Thorough attention to detail and effective time management skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow (preferred)
  • Fundamental understanding of ITSM or ITIL
