Job Overview

Expertly oversee the delivery of complex ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely completion and high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Supervise project execution, guaranteeing adherence to best practices in implementation, scalability, and risk management.
  • Provide ongoing guidance to project teams and ensure successful client outcomes.
  • Support business development efforts in a pre-sales capacity, contributing to the creation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Lead solution design workshops, scoping sessions, and demonstrations to showcase ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Assist the overall ServiceNow Practice Lead in managing practice operations.
  • Drive strategic initiatives for the ServiceNow practice and contribute to consulting growth strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in IT or Consulting, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow leadership or delivery roles.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple industries.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, and CSM.
