ServiceNow Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow technical consultant to join our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications and robust ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, and other ServiceNow solutions.
Technical Requirements
  • Customize ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs using JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
Project Management
  • Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high level of quality.
  • Provide project status updates, manage project risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Consultation and Support
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical consulting, and recommend best practices.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Training and Documentation
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and process workflows.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies, and a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model. Additionally, experience with ServiceNow integration methods, knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices, and certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) are highly desirable.
