About the Role

We are looking for a Certified ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive the architecture, development, and optimization of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Cloud, and ITIL solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide teams in delivering scalable and innovative ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and automation solutions (Washington release or later).
  • Architect and optimize ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and security frameworks.
  • Ensure platform scalability, high availability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications (CMDB, Workflows, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Scripts, NowAssist AI).
  • Drive automation with Flow Designer, RPA, and AI-powered workflows.
  • Manage integrations with enterprise applications (Snowflake, Cloud platforms, ERP systems).
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure coding standards are met.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases and leverage AI/ML for platform innovation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 7+ years in ServiceNow development & leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow (Washington release or later), Cloud, ITSM, ITIL, and full IT lifecycle implementation.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) & ITIL certifications preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Angular, Jelly Scripting, REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, AI-powered automation, and ServiceNow integration with Snowflake.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
