About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Key Account Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key retail and distributor accounts, developing sales strategies, and negotiating trade agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow key retail and distributor accounts to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Negotiate trade agreements with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive account performance and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in key account management or sales (FMCG experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
