Job RoleThe Key Account Developer will be responsible for managing key customers to achieve profitable growth and developing customer plans and initiatives.
Main Objectives:
- To identify customer opportunities and develop customer plans and initiatives.
- To drive selling, negotiation, and execution of customer plans at both commercial and operational levels.
- To accountable for achieving Customer Category KPIs, including Sales Achievement, Growth, CTS, Cycle Plan Execution, Distribution, etc.
- To execute the order-to-cash process and customer engagement strategy.
- To collaborate with relevant teams on corporate and customer category initiatives.
