- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3 years of experience in key account management or sales roles, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within key accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account-specific sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
