Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee records, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employee information.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Training Coordination: Organize and coordinate training sessions, maintain training records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Policies and Procedures: Review, update, and maintain policies and procedures related to human resources, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Payroll Support: Gather and provide payroll data, assist with payroll processing, and ensure accurate payment of employees.
  • Employee Relations: Respond to employee inquiries, provide solutions to concerns, and promote positive employee relations.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies, manage office equipment, and ensure the overall maintenance of the workplace environment.
  • Logistics Support: Provide logistical support to operations teams, oversee travel policies, and ensure smooth execution of business activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare HR-related reports, analyze data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
