About the Role:
RVS CARGO SERVICES INC. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join its dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance and accounting operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and processing financial documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and statements
Maintaining accurate records and ledgers of financial transactions
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of financial data
Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
Collaborating with other departments to ensure the efficient flow of financial information
Adhering to all relevant financial regulations and company policies

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Financial Operations Coordinator role
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records
Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure
Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field would be an advantage
