Senior Administrative Coordinator and Transportation Liaison

Job Description:
As a key member of the YHM CITY LIGHTING CO., LTD team, we are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Driver to support our Operation Manager in carrying out various administrative tasks and providing transportation services.
Responsibilities:
- Clerical Support: Provide secretarial assistance as assigned by the Operation Manager, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Transportation Services: Drive the Operation Manager to business meetings and errands, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with the Operation Manager, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Reliability and Flexibility: Demonstrate reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
