Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive - Healthcare Partnerships will cultivate relationships with corporate clients to drive sales growth and expand market share for SOURCETECH SOLUTIONS INC.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team and leverage their expertise in developing strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve assigned quotas for individual and group HMO products, staying ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
- Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify the most suitable healthcare plans for potential clients, ensuring tailored solutions meet their unique requirements.
- Presentation and Negotiation: Present HMO plans and benefits to potential clients in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, negotiating contracts and finalizing enrollment procedures with new members.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by providing exceptional customer service, fostering trust, and driving long-term partnerships.
- Sales Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales records and reports, tracking progress towards sales targets and identifying areas for improvement.
- Industry Knowledge: Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and company products, collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Track Record: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Candidate Profile: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with excellent time management and organizational skills.
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 per annum.
