Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
