Business Development Executive

At Kolin Philippines International Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to take on a challenging role that involves sales, leadership, and professional development.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for attaining monthly sales targets for their assigned dealers. They will also conduct training sessions for sales representatives under their account and ensure 100% collection of target amounts.
In addition, the Business Development Executive will recommend hiring, termination, and extension of employment for sales personnel under their supervision. They will also prepare and submit monthly market status reports for management's decision-making purposes.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in any business-related field. Previous sales and field experience is an advantage but not required. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should be flexible, able to multitask, and willing to work in Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati City.
