The role of Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager is a critical component of our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive hiring strategies to meet business objectives
- Partner with department heads to understand talent needs and create solutions
- Mentor and guide recruitment teams to achieve their goals
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Analyze market trends and metrics to inform recruitment decisions

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 1 year of supervising a recruitment team
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end hiring processes
- Track record of handling high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
- Confident in using data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions
- Strong grasp of hiring strategies, tools, and platforms
- Experience with ATS and recruitment technology
- Confident communicator and relationship-builder
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Great at coaching and bringing out the best in people
- Data-driven and always looking for ways to improve
- Creative problem-solver when the talent market gets tough
- Results-focused with a 'let's get it done' attitude
