The role of Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager is a critical component of our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive hiring strategies to meet business objectives
  • Partner with department heads to understand talent needs and create solutions
  • Mentor and guide recruitment teams to achieve their goals
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Analyze market trends and metrics to inform recruitment decisions

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  2. At least 3 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
  3. Minimum 1 year of supervising a recruitment team
  4. Hands-on experience with end-to-end hiring processes
  5. Track record of handling high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
  6. Confident in using data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions

  • Strong grasp of hiring strategies, tools, and platforms
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment technology
  • Confident communicator and relationship-builder
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
