The role of a Talent Acquisition Associate at our firm is highly strategic. As part of the recruitment team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the growth and development of our company.

Our team consists of top talents with diverse backgrounds and expertise in various fields. We are looking for someone who can effectively source, screen, and interview candidates to meet the needs of our business areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various business areas.
  • Use creativity and persistence to source candidates in competitive talent pools and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and VPs, to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business, job responsibilities, and the skills and knowledge required for successful applicants.
  • Master our applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain candidate data and post job openings.
Requirements:

Experience Required:

  • At least 2 years of in-house or agency recruitment experience across various business needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Adaptable to new tools and processes.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with ATS is a plus.
