Job Title: Talent Acquisition Leader

The Talent Acquisition Leader plays a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboard top talent to meet the company's dynamic business needs. This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administer, develop, and implement comprehensive recruitment programs that align with business objectives.
  2. Direct a team that develops innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to meet client, internal department, and stakeholder needs.
  3. Set team goals and targets, monitor progress against recruitment metrics, and measure team productivity.
  4. Lead initial screening, telephone, and face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and stakeholders to determine final hiring decisions and make recommendations based on candidate interactions.
  6. Coach the team in leveraging resources such as professional networks, job boards, social media, colleges, and trade associations to source qualified candidates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 2-4 years of relevant experience (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Awareness of recruiting metrics and trends such as retention, quality of hire, and throughput.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-velocity environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Professionalism and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
