Business Partnership Role

This role involves partnering with the business to deliver human resources services across operations, integration, and talent management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of end-to-end HR experience, spanning both operational delivery and strategic partnership.

  • Key responsibilities include independently managing HR operations for a fast-scaling team, designing and refining scalable processes to support the evolving needs of the business, serving as the main point of contact for employees on HR matters, ensuring high service delivery.
  • Other key responsibilities include supporting HR due diligence and workforce mapping during acquisitions, leading integration activities such as onboarding, employee engagement, role alignment, and documentation standardization, identifying and resolving HR challenges that arise during organizational transitions.
  • Additionally, the role involves identifying key talent, critical roles, and succession risks across business segments, facilitating performance and potential reviews, and supporting development planning, designing and executing retention strategies, especially during acquisition transitions, monitoring workforce data to support talent decisions, mobility, and internal movement opportunities.
  • Lastly, the role requires analyzing current workforce structures to identify role overlaps, underutilization, or gaps, recommending and implementing changes to ensure optimal alignment between employee capabilities and business needs, collaborating with functional heads to realign roles, responsibilities, and workflows to maximize team effectiveness.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and data-driven skills, able to translate workforce insights into actionable HR strategies. Additionally, the candidate should be a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes without formal authority.
