Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various industries.

Your primary focus will be on sourcing candidates through external channels such as LinkedIn, online job boards, and professional networks. You will also be responsible for screening resumes, conducting initial interviews and assessments, and providing timely updates to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates through various channels
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
  • Providing timely updates to candidates and clients
  • Managing candidate records and hiring activity in our ATS
  • Preparing offer letters and facilitating onboarding handoffs

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (ideally in a staffing or agency setting)
  • Comfortable using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and external job boards
  • Available to work in US time zones
  • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
