Talent Acquisition Partner

This is a critical role that requires strategic advisors to the business. These individuals are responsible for creating and implementing talent sourcing strategies to identify key talent for our organization.

As a talent acquisition partner, you will contribute to the company's success by supporting strategic hiring goals to attract, source, hire, and retain high-quality, diverse individuals.

This role reports directly to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition. To be successful in this role, you will have experience in full-life-cycle recruitment, including partnering in workforce planning, job postings, sourcing, pre-screening, assessments, interview scheduling, and pre-employment checks.

Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Act as a consultant to the business and advise them on market trends/competitive talent intelligence through developed expertise and knowledge.
  • Full life cycle recruiting for assigned client groups, including candidate engagement, sourcing, screening, assessment of candidate suitability and fit, managing the interviewing process, closing/negotiating offers, and assisting with the pre-employment process.
  • Develop successful partnerships with global Business Managers/Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • Work closely with global Business Leaders & VP of Talent Acquisition to ensure interlock with overall hiring needs for assigned areas of the business.
  • Attend weekly calls/meetings to review status on recruiting activities, discuss challenges, and suggest ideas for new/different recruitment strategies.
  • In partnership with the business, determine qualification criteria for each position.
  • Update job descriptions in accordance with company process.
  • Meet or exceed Talent Acquisition metrics and key performance indicators.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience.
    • At least 2 years of internal client relationship experience; supporting internal managers/leaders through the talent acquisition process.
    • Strong communication across geographical locations.
  • Computer/Technical:
    • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
    • Experience in Workday Recruiter or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Other Skills:
    • Excellent consulting and relationship management skills.
    • Able to manage up/down within hierarchy.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal capabilities, and presentation experience.
    • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, and influence without authority, and drive actions necessary for desired results.
