We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage candidate sourcing, recruitment administration, and talent development initiatives in our dynamic environment.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, and industry networks.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external recruiters and vendors.
  • Screening resumes and applications to identify top talent.
  • Coordinating interviews and scheduling meetings with hiring managers.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment, administrative roles, or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, recruitment platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
