Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Cebu. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and managing the hiring process to ensure the best talent is secured for the organization. The manager will also liaise with department heads to understand staffing needs, maintain a candidate database, and conduct onboarding procedures for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and maintaining candidate databases
  • Ability to collaborate with department heads and manage onboarding procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting
