Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lubricant Sales professional to join our team. This role involves selling company products to industrial clients, building strong business relationships, and ensuring consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors by conducting market research and analyzing customer needs.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing expert product recommendations and negotiating pricing and contracts.
  • Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to make informed business decisions.
  • Work closely with the technical team to provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in lubricants, petroleum products, or related industries.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and sales meetings.
  • Existing client network in industrial sectors is a plus.
  • Driver's license and own vehicle preferred.
