Sales Growth Specialist

At McKupler Inc., we're dedicated to excellence in the lubricant industry. Our joint venture brings together McLarens Lubricants Limited of Sri Lanka and Kupler Industries Inc. of the Philippines, merging expertise in automotive to industrial and marine lubricants.
Job Summary
This role is responsible for ensuring McK direction by developing sales territory, dealer's branches, and operations, while maximizing customer satisfaction through area control.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve maximum sales profitability, volume growth, and account penetration focused on industrial lubricants by effectively selling IL and ancillary products, and related services.
- Demonstrate deep corporate thinking through a corporate customer understanding and solutions selling approach to the market.
- Promote/sell/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Understand needs and approaches for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C customers, as applicable for IL sector, for proper and appropriate product and service recommendations.
- Effectively use pipeline process to track, develop, and close new accounts.
- Effectively use lubricant services guidelines (Volume-protected customers).
- Assist Engineering Team in implementing and utilizing Used Oil Analysis Service to select customers to promote sales of products and customer retention.
- Work with Sales Manager, Marketing, and Technical personnel to support lubricant programs deployed in the market to grow and maintain higher-value lubricant products and services.
- Create a customer-centric sales organization by institutionalizing regular analysis of market information, programs, feedback systems, processes, and intervention or critical customer requirements.
- Market all brands/products targeted to ensure profitability and market share objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Two-year sales experience or industry experience.
- May be combined with some level of customer service or inside sales experience.
- Must have knowledge in lubricant application and automotive specifications and meanings (e.g. SAE, ILSAC, ACEA, API Rating, etc.).
- Knowledgeable in synthetic and grease and lubricant product.
- Have basic fleet operation and industrial process knowledge.
- Graduate of bachelor's degree, preferably Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
- Technical College graduate or any 4-year Business related course.
- Ability to establish sales negotiation skills and customer orientation.
- Experience using advanced Microsoft office applications.
- Willing to work at Taguig City.
