Ensures McK direction by development of sales territory, dealer's branches and operations and marketing development, completion of records and reports. Maximize customers/dealer's satisfaction through area control.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve maximum sales profitability, volume growth, and account penetration focused on industrial lubricants by effectively selling the IL and ancillary products, and related services.
- Demonstrates deep corporate thinking that is reflected through corporate customer understanding and solutions selling approach to the market.
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Understand the needs and approaches for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C customers, as applicable for IL sector, for proper and appropriate product and service recommendations.
- Effective use of pipeline process in order to track, develop, and close new accounts.
- Effective use of lubricant services guidelines (Volume-protected customers).
- Assist Engineering Team in the implementation and utilization of Used Oil Analysis Service to select customers to promote sales of products and customer retention.
- Work together with Sales Manager, Marketing, and Technical personnel to support the lubricant programs deployed in the market to effectively grow and maintain the higher-value lubricant products and services.
- Created a customer-centric sales organization by institutionalizing regular analysis of market information, programs, feedback systems, processes and intervention or critical customer requirements.
- Marketing of all brands/products targeted to and ensures profitability and market share objectives are met.
Qualifications:
- Two-year Sales Experience or Industry experience.
- May be combined with some level of customer service or inside sales experience.
- Must have knowledge in lubricant application and automotive specifications and meanings (e.g. SAE, ILSAC, ACEA, API Rating, etc.).
- Knowledgeable in synthetic and Grease and lubricant product.
- Have a basic fleet operation and industrial process knowledge.
- Graduate of bachelor's degree, preferably Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
- Technical College graduate or any 4-year Business related course.
- Ability to establish sales negotiation skills and customer orientation.
- Experience using advanced Microsoft office applications.
- Willing to work at Taguig City.
