Job Title: Order Management

The role of the Order Management and Replenishment Planning Executive involves overseeing end-to-end order management for all channels, ensuring timely delivery of products and high on-shelf availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Sales Orders (SO) and Outbound Delivery (OB) in SAP for weekly deployment of consignment doors, selling stocks, and Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM).
  • Coordinate with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) for on-time, complete, and accurate delivery of orders in quantity and quality.
  • Manage version up codes during SO creation in SAP to achieve External Fill Rate targets.
  • Process stock returns from stores to warehouse for quarterly and ad hoc pullouts.
  • Monitor and review Backloads, Proof of Delivery (POD), and OB of 3PL.
  • Translate Demand Planners' forecasts into replenishment plans considering lead time and safety stock requirements.
  • Calculate stock replenishment on a weekly basis at SKU-Store level to ensure optimal inventory levels and on-shelf availability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in order management and replenishment planning or supply planning.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SAP.
