Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist

This role requires expertise in handling customer inquiries, resolving order issues, updating inventory and ensuring seamless operations across multiple eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email and phone to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Process orders with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining high levels of productivity and quality control.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory levels to prevent discrepancies and errors.
  • Process return requests and handle refund transactions efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Enter order details, customer information and financial transactions into the Seller Account accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and efficient supply chain management.
  • Monitor account performance, identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
  • Support operations on Amazon, eBay, Shopify and other eCommerce platforms to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Seller Central or eCommerce order processing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (desired but not required).
  • Familiarity with inventory management and order tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Sheets for tracking sales and reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
