Order Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the Order Management Specialist role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing order processing activities, including software and hardware fulfillment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop quotes and process orders in a timely manner.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the quote-to-cash process, focusing on order management to billing.
  • Manage subscription order fulfillment utilizing Zuora, encompassing activation and billings.
  • Ensure transactional accuracy to maintain consistent integrity in revenue reporting.
  • Anticipate potential issues and initiate corrective actions to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and promptly.
  • Design and implement tools and processes to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant order fulfillment transactions.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes (bookings, billings, and reporting).
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Experience with Zuora and Salesforce is highly desirable.
