We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a key player, you'll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recruiting top technical talent to support our business growth.

Key Accountabilities

  • Candidate Sourcing. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.

  • Recruitment Process Management. Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to hire, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

  • Interview and Evaluation. Participate in the evaluation and interviewing process to identify the best candidates for our open positions.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration. Work closely with our US-based recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and objectives.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience. 2-5+ years of US recruiting experience in technical or non-technical roles, preferably in an RPO or ITO set-up.

  • Skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with US-based candidates, and proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.

  • Education. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
