
Associate Talent Recruiter

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding university students, recent graduates, and entry-level professionals for Early Career, Co-Op, and Internship Hiring.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
In this role, you will conduct high-volume resume screening and initial assessments of candidates, schedule interviews across multiple time zones, and coordinate logistics with interviewers. You will also support recruiters in managing candidate pipelines, ensuring records and statuses are up to date in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Additionally, you will communicate professionally and promptly with candidates regarding next steps, interview feedback, and offer details. You will collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive, efficient, and timely recruitment experience.
You will ensure that all candidate data complies with internal policies and data privacy regulations. You will track candidate progress and hiring metrics; generate and maintain reports on candidate experience. You will assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment checks as needed.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related role
- Strong familiarity with the Workday Applicant Tracking System
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting
- Strong multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- An empathetic and candidate-focused mindset with a high level of discretion
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
