Job Description

Ey is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to fill the role of Campus Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This dynamic position will be responsible for preparing for recruitment events, screening candidate applications, organizing assessment centers, running reports, and analyzing data.



Key Responsibilities
  • Manage student registrations and coordinate logistics for virtual and face-to-face events;
  • Screen and manage candidate applications throughout the recruitment process using our recruitment system;
  • Organize assessment centers, including calling candidates and sending confirmations;
  • Run reports and analyze data to inform decision-making;
  • Prepare information for contract preparation and assist with onboarding processes.
