
Strategic Recruitment Specialist

Talent Acquisition is a key function that drives the recruitment process within an organization. It involves developing and implementing strategies to attract, select, and hire top talent. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring quality candidate endorsements, and meeting recruitment KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing & Search Strategy:
- Develop and optimize sourcing strategies for multiple markets.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with agencies, universities, and sourcing vendors.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline and promote roles across diverse recruitment channels.
- Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
- Talent Acquisition Operations:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Ensure quality candidate endorsements and meet recruitment KPIs.
- Employer Branding:
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives aligned with company values.
- Create compelling content for career platforms and social media to attract top talent.
- Talent Acquisition Projects:
- Lead and support strategic TA initiatives such as internship programs and career fairs.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for multiple positions simultaneously.
- Skills:
- Proficient in conducting behavioral and targeted selection interviewing techniques.
- Well-versed in Employer Branding best practices and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
