Job Description

Talent Acquisition is a key function that drives the recruitment process within an organization. It involves developing and implementing strategies to attract, select, and hire top talent. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring quality candidate endorsements, and meeting recruitment KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing & Search Strategy:
    • Develop and optimize sourcing strategies for multiple markets.
    • Cultivate strategic partnerships with agencies, universities, and sourcing vendors.
    • Maintain a robust talent pipeline and promote roles across diverse recruitment channels.
    • Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
  • Talent Acquisition Operations:
    • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
    • Ensure quality candidate endorsements and meet recruitment KPIs.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Design and implement employer branding initiatives aligned with company values.
    • Create compelling content for career platforms and social media to attract top talent.
  • Talent Acquisition Projects:
    • Lead and support strategic TA initiatives such as internship programs and career fairs.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication or Business Administration.
    • Minimum of 7 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in conducting behavioral and targeted selection interviewing techniques.
    • Well-versed in Employer Branding best practices and trends.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
