Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Associate Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our talent acquisition team as an Associate Specialist. This role will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier university students, recent graduates, and entry-level professionals for our hiring plans.


Responsibilities:
  • Candidate sourcing and initial assessments to ensure high-quality candidate pipelines
  • Interview scheduling and coordination across multiple time zones with interviewers
  • Supporting recruiters in managing candidate data, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and data privacy regulations
  • Effective communication with candidates regarding next steps, interview feedback, and offer details
  • Collaboration with hiring managers to deliver a positive, efficient, and timely recruitment experience
  • Candidate data tracking and hiring metrics analysis to generate valuable insights and reports

Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting in an agile work environment
  • Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workday
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
