Responsibilities
  • Provide support and coordinate with US Partners in the recruitment process of the Company.
  • Source candidates through a variety of search methods (social media, applicant tracking system, job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches, etc.).
  • Candidate screening and maintaining applicant flow using Recruitment Tracking System.
  • Implement and execute against a variety of candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs, staying ahead of new innovation and industry trends.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and respect diverse backgrounds and proprietary information.
  • Reports to GBC Talent Identification Team Leader or Supervisor.
Working Conditions
  • Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
  • Willing to work in a night shift schedule
