Hiring and Recruiting Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced talent acquisition professional to fill this critical role in our recruitment team.

This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various methods to attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Interviewing and Candidate Experience: Conduct initial screening interviews, coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, and manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage.
  • Candidate Records and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates for US-based roles, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
