Talent Sourcing Professional

As a Talent Sourcing Professional, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. This involves sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Your primary responsibility will be to source high-quality candidates who possess the skills and qualifications necessary to excel in their roles. You will also be responsible for creating compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards and websites.

In addition to sourcing and recruiting, you will also be involved in the interview process. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify the best candidates for each position and ensure that they have the necessary skills and qualifications to succeed in the role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. They will also have a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices, as well as experience working with various software systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and recruiting top talent for our organization
  • Creating compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards and websites
  • Working closely with hiring managers to identify the best candidates for each position
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to determine the most suitable candidates
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices
